1. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person. Each booking is a request until confirmed by our team via email, SMS, or phone call. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking.
2. Pricing & Payment
Service prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payment is due at the end of each visit. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Promo codes apply only to qualifying services and may not be combined unless stated.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- We may release your time slot if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before treatment. Massage and spa services are not a substitute for medical care. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is not appropriate for your condition.
5. Conduct
YueYue Spa provides only therapeutic and wellness services. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or solicitation will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to authorities.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. Promotional offers are subject to availability and expiration dates noted at issuance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YueYue Spa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
